Hola Amigas!

Hi!! 
Sorry for lack of updates!! 

I am doing good!!  Some weeks I feel like I can do this!!!! other weeks...not so much! haha It just depends.  I have recruited a couple of people to do it as well and it is helpful to be able to talk about it most days as a way of encouragement and a motivator to keep me going!! 

I am doing my best to continue on with this even when I get busy.  (Although there was a day last week that it just didn't happen!) But I know better than to let it 'get me down' because I miss 1 day or something! I actually think I am going to buy new sneakers soon... you should see the ones I have been using! Any suggestions on that? 

And YAAA! lets plan outfits! I want to be cute (i mean at the beginning because the moment I start, all cuteness goes out the door) but some people wear crazy stuff...how do they run in that?!

  1. Check out Brooks, for shoes. They're a little pricey...but worth it. Especially if you're still having knee issues. I would go to a running shoe store. I'm sure if you ask google it can help you find one. Even if you buy the actual shoes somewhere else, they REALLY know what they are talking about and can help find the right kind of shoe for you. There are ALOT of different kinds...crazy. The one in orlando is called Track Shack. I'd look for something similar.

    I just got new shoes too :( My awesome HOT PINK nike's pooped out on me. There is a gaping hole down the side...and it just will not do.

    As far as outfits...yea. something cute, but not too crazy. Don't want to add too much of a challenge to our run ;)
