So I bought a new sports bra today = AWESOME!

but the part worth sharing is what was on the tag.

a fit woman is a powerful woman.

You all are powerful because you love Jesus and because He gives you the motivation and the skills to be fit. you take ownership of those gifts and put them to use.

Christmas Break Bootcamp

Precious, precious time. I don't know about you girls, but I have very little of it to spare. Running has been on the back burner and it is making me nuts. Even on the weekends it is just plain hard to find the time. School is HARD. Like whoa. I suppose there is a reason that I will earn a Master's degree at the end of this...you think? That being said. Christmas Break Bootcamp here I come. Back on track and on schedule. I am motivated and excited. Woo Hoo. Florida you better watch out!
